This website is operated by Logic Square Technologies, a software engineering firm that builds custom software, modernises legacy systems and operates production platforms for its clients. We work from Kokomo, Indiana and San Diego, California in the United States, and from Gurugram and Kolkata in India.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Logic Square Technologies, and “you” means the person using this website.

2 Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only: to learn about our services, to explore how we work, to share your details with us, or to get in touch. You agree not to use it in any way that:

• Is unlawful or fraudulent, or breaches these terms
• Could damage or disrupt the website, or interfere with anyone else’s use of it
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system
• Collects or harvests information from the website, including other people’s personal data, without permission
• Republishes or sells our content as your own, or uses it to train a model or build a competing service

We may suspend or withdraw access to the website, in whole or in part, without notice.

The content on this website, including its text, graphics, logos, code and design, belongs to Logic Square Technologies or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own information and use, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish or use our content for commercial purposes without our permission. The Logic Square name and logo may not be used without our consent.

Product names, logos and case study material belonging to our clients remain theirs and are shown with their permission. Ownership of work we produce under an engagement is settled by that engagement’s contract, not by this section.

5 About our services and engagements

Information about our services on this website is a description, not an offer or a contract. Using the website, sharing your details, booking a call or contacting us does not by itself create an agreement, and it does not guarantee any engagement, outcome or result.

Our work for clients is provided under a separate signed agreement, such as a master services agreement, statement of work or order form. Where anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails for the work it covers, including on deliverables, ownership of intellectual property, confidentiality, warranties, service levels, fees and liability.

6 Submissions and feedback

If you send us an idea, suggestion or other feedback about our services or this website, we may use it without restriction and without owing you payment or credit. Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information through this website. If you need to share something confidential before an agreement is in place, contact us and we will put a non-disclosure agreement in place first.

This section governs the website only. Liability for work performed under an engagement is dealt with in that engagement’s contract.
