A telehealth storefront any clinic can launch.

HyrTech is a HIPAA-aware telehealth commerce platform: a compliant storefront, patient intake, and fulfillment chain a clinic can launch without building any of it. Logic Square engineered the platform from an intake foundation into multi-merchant commerce. It is recently launched, with its first two merchants live.

01 The Challenge

Telehealth commerce is easy to demo and hard to do compliantly.

A clinic that wants to sell telehealth services online needs more than a checkout: patient intake that handles health data with legal seriousness, a fulfillment chain that keeps the clinical step where it belongs, and a storefront that doesn’t put the clinic’s compliance posture at risk. Building that once is hard; building it so any clinic can launch on it is the platform problem.

02 The Decision

Build the first solution on platform boundaries.

HyrTech began as an intake foundation. The decision was to build that first solution with merchant-scoped data, configurable storefronts, and a shared compliance chain so the single solution could evolve into a multi-merchant platform where onboarding the next clinic is configuration, not a rebuild.

03 What We Built

Storefront, intake, and fulfillment HIPAA-aware end to end.

The hard workflows

The intake-to-fulfillment compliance chain

From storefront purchase through patient intake to fulfillment, health data moves through HIPAA-aware boundaries: access scoped by role, records encrypted, the clinical step kept where it legally belongs.

Single solution → multi-merchant platform

The intake foundation generalized into merchant-scoped commerce: each clinic gets its own storefront and data boundary on the shared compliance chain built so others can launch on it.

04 Where It Stands

Built, launched, first merchants onboarded.

  • The platform does what it set out to do: compliant storefront, intake, and fulfillment a clinic can launch without building any of it.
  • Recently launched, first two merchants live. Honestly early: the platform is in production, and its scale story is still being written we’d rather say that plainly than project it.

05 What we usually tell clients

In regulated commerce, the compliance chain is the product. Build it once, on platform boundaries, and every merchant after the first inherits it that’s what turns a solution into a platform.

Common questions

HyrTech, answered.

What does HIPAA-aware mean here?

The platform is engineered with HIPAA-aware handling of patient data access boundaries, encryption, and a compliance-shaped intake chain. Aware by design; we don’t claim certifications.

What stage is HyrTech at?

Recently launched, with its first two merchants live. We present it as early production what the platform does is built and running; scale claims come later, when there’s scale to claim.

How does a single solution become a multi-merchant platform?

By building the first solution on platform boundaries: merchant-scoped data, configurable storefronts, and a shared compliance chain so onboarding the next clinic is configuration, not a rebuild.

What drives cost and timeline for a telehealth commerce build?

The compliance chain (intake through fulfillment), the number of merchant-facing and patient-facing surfaces, and payment integration. Phased delivery gets the first merchant live before the platform generalizes.
