Project Summary

The project aimed to develop a comprehensive digital solution for Dhruva, consisting of two key components: a user-facing loan application flow and an admin dashboard for internal operations. The solution streamlines the borrower journey starting with PAN and Aadhaar verification, followed by automated CIBIL score retrieval to determine eligibility in real-time.

Based on key parameters such as income, CIBIL score, and employment type, the platform dynamically filters and presents relevant loan offers from multiple lending partners. The MVP phase was strategically focused on building core functionalities. It includes user onboarding, document collection, verification, and admin-side review workflows.

Future development phases are planned to enhance the platform further by incorporating disbursal tracking features and direct lender-side API integrations to ensure a seamless, end-to-end lending experience.

Project Objective

As India’s lending ecosystem evolves rapidly, digital platforms are playing a crucial role in simplifying access to credit for individuals and small businesses. However, navigating through multiple banks, understanding eligibility, and managing paperwork can still be overwhelming for borrowers.

To solve this, our team developed Dhurva, a seamless co-lending platform designed to bridge the gap between borrowers and banks. The platform helps users check their credit score, view loan offers from multiple banks, and apply directly, without the need for agents or physical paperwork.

From onboarding and KYC to fetching CIBIL scores and uploading financial documents, DHRUVA automates the entire journey in a user-friendly interface. With the ability to fetch a user’s credit profile and match it with suitable bank partners, Dhurva aims to speed up loan approvals and improve access to credit for both individuals and businesses.

The project successfully delivered a full-stack MVP covering both user-facing onboarding flows and internal operational tools, providing Dhruva with a strong foundation to support its growing co-lending platform. The solution now accommodates both manual and automated reviews across varied loan types, offering flexibility and control to the operations team.

With Phase 2 planned to enhance the platform further through lender-side API integrations, disbursement status synchronization, and robust notification workflows, Dhruva is well-positioned to scale and streamline its lending ecosystem. Post-deployment analytics have already demonstrated tangible benefits, including improved lead quality, faster verification times, and a more efficient path from application to approval.
