Project Overview

The objective of the project was to build a unified ecosystem that would allow clinics, gyms, and wellness centers to:

  • Digitally onboard within days.
  • Sell FDA-approved peptide and weight-loss products via integrated systems.
  • Remain HIPAA-compliant while managing sensitive health and payment data.
  • Customize their storefront and branding effortlessly.
  • Integrate Qualiphy for product validation and RevitPay for secure, legitimate transactions.

In essence, HyrTech wanted to eliminate the fragmented process of onboarding, compliance, and sales by combining them into a single, automated, and regulatory-compliant workflow.

Project Challenges

Before HyrTech’s integrated solution, the industry faced several operational and compliance hurdles.

Fragmented Onboarding Processes:

 Clinics and gyms had to manage multiple vendors for domains, documentation, and payment setup, a time-consuming and error-prone process.

Regulatory Burden:

 Many wellness businesses lacked clarity on HIPAA compliance, FDA product listing, and data privacy laws, leading to frequent approval delays or rejections.

Payment Gateway Limitations:

Conventional payment processors often declined health-related merchants due to risk profiles, leaving businesses without reliable options for legitimate transactions.

Complex Documentation Management:

 Terms, privacy policies, and consent documents needed to be custom-generated and verified before launch — a task most small businesses struggled with.

 Wellness businesses wanted quick digital storefronts that reflected their brand identity, yet lacked the technical knowledge or resources for customization.

Manual verification from banks and compliance teams could take weeks, halting merchant operations and delaying product sales.

HyrTech’s challenge was to resolve all these bottlenecks in a single streamlined process, ensuring both speed and compliance.

Solutions

HyrTech developed an integrated digital ecosystem that automates every aspect of business setup, from onboarding to customer engagement.

Merchant Onboarding Portal

A user-friendly PF Onboarding System was created to guide new merchants through every step:

  • Business Setup: Merchants input their business name and select their business type — Gym, Weight Loss Clinic, or Anti-Aging Clinic.
  • Customization Suite: The system allows them to select templates, upload logos, choose color themes, fonts, and enter their business tagline. A live preview window displays real-time updates.
  • Domain Setup: A unique subdomain is created, and setup fees are transparently displayed.
  • Document Upload: Clinics can use HyrTech’s default HIPAA-compliant Terms & Privacy templates or upload their own. The system locks the submission for 1–2 days for verification.

RevitPay Payment Integration

HyrTech integrated RevitPay, LegitScript-certified payment gateway purpose-built for wellness merchants.

  • Merchants apply through the portal with personal and business verification details.
  • RevitPay handles bank underwriting and verification (1–2 days).
  • Upon approval, RevitPay generates a unique NMI Merchant ID, API key and Security Key that needs to be entered on the merchant’s profile by admin and get the deployment started.
  • Each business gains access to:
    • Merchant Portal – manage payments, analytics, and customer activity.
    • Customer Portal – for clients to browse and purchase verified products.

Incentive Mechanism: Merchants agreeing to promotional programs receive unique coupon codes offering discounts on LegitScript certification.

Product Integration via Qualiphy

HyrTech’s integration with Qualiphy ensures that all products listed on merchant storefronts are verified.

  • Each product is assigned a unique product ID fetched through Qualiphy APIs.
  • Admin creates products and assigns them to different business types (e.g., peptide supplements for anti-aging clinics).
  • Dynamic pricing options include dose-based pricing and subscription plans (e.g., €X per month or €Y per 3 months).
  • Admins can activate or deactivate products based on compliance and availability.

This ensures every merchant only promotes authentic and compliant health products.

Admin Control Portal

The Admin Dashboard centralizes management across all merchants and operations.

Admins can:

  • Monitor merchant activity and onboarding status.
  • Manage product databases, categories, and business-specific product types.
  • Review and approve merchant submissions.
  • Control activation/deactivation of merchants or specific products.
  • Ensure document verification and HIPAA compliance.

Once a merchant submits all information and documentation, the system locks the profile for verification. If approved, the merchant is immediately live. If rejected, one re-submission is allowed.

Customer Portal

For end-users, HyrTech delivers a seamless shopping and subscription experience:

  • Browse FDA-approved peptides and wellness supplements.
  • Manage subscriptions, renewals, and dosage plans.
  • Access verified information via Qualiphy integration.
  • Process payments securely through RevitPay.

This front-end experience balances compliance with simplicity, enhancing customer trust and retention.

Workflow

The HyrTech workflow is designed to offer a linear and transparent journey from onboarding to launch:

1.PF Onboarding:

  • Business Info → Branding customization → Payment → Connect Domain → Bank Underwriting → Document upload → Launch.

2.Verification Stage:

  • Documents and compliance checked (1–2 days).
  • Revitpay merchant application submitted simultaneously.

3.Approval & Access:

  • Upon verification, unique merchant credentials (NMI Merchant ID + API Key + Security Key) are provided by RevitPay.
  • Merchant and customer portals go live under the selected subdomain or custom domain.

4.Product Integration:

Product Creation and Management Flow

  • The admin creates new products and assigns them on the basis of  different business types.
  • Each product includes details such as dosage, base prices (for 1-month, 2-month, and 3-month plans), and markup options.

 

Merchant Controls

  • Once assigned, the product appears on the merchant’s platform but remains inactive by default. The merchant needs to manually activate the product to make it visible or available for customers on their platform.
  • Merchants can edit product details such as the product name, description, and pricing (including adding their own markup on top of the admin’s base price).

5. Compliance: LegitScript Certification Process

After onboarding, merchants have the option to apply for LegitScript Certification. This certification is required for merchants who wish to run ads or promote their products.

Post-Certification Rules

  • Once a merchant is successfully certified, they are allowed to run advertisements and sell only FDA-approved medications on the platform.
  • Any non-FDA-approved products associated with that merchant are automatically removed from their store to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

6. Launch & Operations:

Once onboarded, the merchant has access to both the Merchant Admin Portal and the Customer Portal.

  • Merchants can edit products assigned by the admin, and manage pricing and descriptions directly.
  • Through the Customer Portal, merchants can view and manage consumer details and interactions. They also allow consumers to book consultations via the Qualiphy integration.
