Objective

We aimed to build a user-friendly application that would serve as an efficient tax-saving platform centered on Section 280A. We designed this app as a subscription-based platform. We made it look simple so that it can help business owners apply under this tax provision using this platform, maximizing their tax deductions and enjoying tax-free rental income.

Conceptualization & Strategic Planning:

The backend is powered by the efficiency of Node.js, enabling swift and scalable data processing. The API Gateway facilitates seamless communication between the server and the platform, enhancing the overall performance and responsiveness. Leveraging the versatility of JavaScript, our programming language of choice, we have woven intricate functionalities into the fabric of Closewise.

Code Competency: 

Our development team used the power of Javascript and Typescript to create every function of the application, from event creation to real-time property rental estimations, aligning it all with our client’s vision.

Creation & Execution:

We armed the Augusta Rule app with robust tech stacks, such as Next.js for frontend excellence and Node.js for backend brilliance. We used GraphQL to constantly ensure seamless server communication. The cloud prowess of AWS S3 Bucket and the database magic of MongoDB were integrated for scalability and efficiency.

Our $197 package empowers you to generate tax-free rental income, while our $497 upgrade grants you access to personalized rental experts who tailor rent recommendations to your unique property. In addition to these subscription plans, we charge a nominal 1.5% fee on the rent value.
